"Hoo Dee, Hoo Dee!"

Note: The above expression is a regional dialect of delight, one usually expressed by my Tennessee relatives upon spotting a Dollar General Store on the highway and often followed by the phrase "turn this vehicle around!"

Much to my delight, my submission to The Clarity of Night's "Uncovered" Short Fiction Contest has made it into
The Forties Club, meaning it's been posted for your perusal. Text is available at The Clarity of Night, and I've posted an audio version at Soundcloud.com.

Hey Loren, so Enl's the commoner? I love the tonal quality to this story, as well as your reading of it. Great job!

CR,

Many thanks, sir!

JR,

Yup, you got it. He fell in love rather unconveniently.

Glad you liked the reading. I'm still not entirely comfortable being in the same room with my recorded voice.
